All Wokelo Zaps follow the same four-step pattern: Step 1 — Create a Trigger Log into zapier.com, click Zap, then Trigger. Choose the app and event that starts your workflow (e.g., “New row in Google Sheets”, “New lead in HubSpot”). Step 2 — Add Wokelo as an Action Click Action, search for Wokelo AI, and select it. If it’s your first time, authenticate and connect your Wokelo account. Step 3 — Configure the Action Select the specific Wokelo action, then map the required inputs from your trigger data. Press/ to browse available dynamic fields from your connected tools.
Step 4 — Use the Output Every action returns a Report ID and Report URL. Map these to your tools — save to a CRM field, update a spreadsheet column, or chain into another action (e.g., download the report, then upload to Google Drive).
